• Understanding Ostendo’s features and how they can benefit your business

• Creating and managing items, descriptors, and labour codes

• Setting up customer records, sales orders, rentals, and invoicing

• Managing quotations, assembly orders, and BOM creation

• Job orders, CRM and call centre functionality

• Labour tracking, employee setup, and timesheets

• Inventory control and activity events

Advanced Course topics may include:

• Advanced Ostendo and Ostendo Freeway functionality

• Customising scripts and importing/exporting data

• Creating and customising reports and pivot views

• Linking Ostendo with MYOB Exo or Xero

• Building layers, schemes, and KPI-based processes

• Customising visual elements like logos and data fields in reports

 

After every course, participants receive customised training notes to reinforce learning and provide a valuable reference tool for future use.
